These terms govern your use of Ghost Agents ("the Service"), operated by P.H.J. Humblot, Entrepreneur Individuel ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Ghost Agents is a platform for creating and managing AI-powered bots. Bots run in isolated containers on our infrastructure and can interact with external services you connect (Telegram, email, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, web APIs).
You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it, including actions taken by your bots. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Prepaid credits: The Service runs on prepaid credits. New accounts receive a one-time welcome bonus. Additional credits can be purchased via Stripe.
Pricing: AI usage is billed at a markup over Anthropic's API cost. The current markup rate is displayed on your billing page. We may adjust the markup rate with 30 days notice.
No subscriptions: There are no recurring fees. You buy credit packs as needed.
Refunds: Unused credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If the Service is discontinued, remaining credits will be refunded.
Credit expiration: Credits do not expire.
Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax). You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchases. EU business customers may provide a valid VAT number for reverse charge.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
You are responsible for your bots' behavior, including messages they send, files they create, and actions they take via integrations. Bots are powered by AI (Anthropic's Claude) and may produce incorrect or unexpected outputs. You should review bot actions, especially those involving external communication (email, messaging).
When you connect third-party services, you authorize your bots to act on your behalf within those services (send emails, read spreadsheets, post messages, etc.). You must have legal authority to connect each service. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or API changes.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to your bot workspaces. We do not claim any rights over your content. We may access bot data for debugging or abuse investigation purposes only.
Ghost Agents owns all rights to the platform, software, and infrastructure. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. Bots may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, or infrastructure issues. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by French law, we are not liable for:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in credits in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.
This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or liabilities that cannot be limited under French law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghost Agents and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, your bots' actions, or your violation of third-party rights or laws.
You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your bots and request account deletion. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with notice when possible. Upon termination, your bots stop running and your data is deleted within 30 days (except payment records retained for 7 years per French law).
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain rights under EU consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Before filing a dispute, please contact us to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lyon, France, except where EU consumer protection laws provide additional rights.
These terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These terms are provided in English; in case of conflict with translations, the English version prevails.
